Lithium Ion Battery Packs, Engineered Around Your Product

A lithium ion battery pack is the power heart of every DC-powered product. When an off-the-shelf battery does not match your voltage, available space or duty cycle, a custom pack built around your design is usually faster, safer and cheaper than redesigning the product around a standard battery box.

Buyer’s Guide

What Is a Lithium-Ion Battery Pack?

A lithium-ion battery pack is an assembly of individual lithium ion cells connected in series and parallel, plus the BMS, electronics and enclosure that make the energy safe and usable in a product. Four parts do the work:

pvc custom lithium battery pack structure

Cylindrical 18650 / 21700 / 26650 / 32700 or prismatic cells arranged in an xS–yP layout. The series count sets nominal voltage; the parallel count sets capacity.

The protection board guards against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit, and balances the cells. NTC temperature sensing and SMBus/UART/CAN communication are optional.

Custom plastic or metal enclosure — or PVC heat-shrink for compact builds — made to the L×W×H dimensions and mounting points on your drawing.

Connector model, wire gauge and length built to your harness, with IP54–IP67 sealing, insulation and vibration protection matched to the application.

Before You RFQ

Six Parameters We Tailor to Your Design

Nominal platform from 3.6V to 72V; full-charge voltage has to match your motor or electronics and the charger you plan to use.

Ah rating and the xS–yP cell layout are calculated from your runtime or energy (Wh) target.

L×W×H envelope, mounting points and weight limit; cylindrical or prismatic cells arranged to use the cavity.

Continuous and peak amps for your real duty cycle; the BMS rating and weld layout are designed to it.

Standard designs cover −20°C to +60°C; wide-temperature cells cover −40°C to +85°C for cold-climate products.

Connector, wire gauge and IP rating, plus CE / UL / IEC 62133 / UN 38.3 / MSDS / KC / UKCA for the markets you ship into.

Chemistry

NMC vs LiFePO₄: Choose Your Chemistry

Two lithium chemistries cover nearly every OEM project. Tell us your priorities — energy, lifespan or budget — and engineering confirms the fit.

Parameter NMC (18650 / 21700) LiFePO₄ (LFP)
Energy density Higher — more Wh in less space and weight; the default for portable products and light EVs Lower — packs run slightly larger and heavier for the same energy
Cycle life ~500–1,000 cycles typical (to 80% capacity, 25°C) ~1,500–2,500+ cycles typical (to 80% capacity, 25°C)
Cost Lower cost per Wh and a familiar, deep supply chain Higher upfront cost, usually lower cost per cycle over a long service life
Best fit Portable devices, e-bikes and compact, weight-sensitive designs Lead-acid replacement, long-service-life and safety-first equipment

Category

One Manufacturer, Five Battery Pack Families

Our custom lithium ion battery packs cover five application families.

Custom Li-ion Battery Packs

3.6V–72V OEM/ODM packs built to your electrical and mechanical specification. From compact single-cell modules for portable electronics to high-voltage multi-series configurations powering e-mobility, robotics, energy storage, and industrial equipment, every pack is engineered around your application—not the other way around.

Choose your capacity, discharge rate, cell chemistry, connector, and enclosure, and our engineering team handles the rest: schematic design, BMS integration, thermal management, structural layout, and full compliance testing. Every pack ships with a customized Battery Management System offering overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and temperature protection, along with optional SMBus, CAN, or RS485 communication.

Certified to UL, CE, UN38.3, and IEC62133 standards, and backed by automated production lines, strict incoming-material inspection, and 100% end-of-line testing, we deliver consistent, traceable quality from prototype to mass production. Whether you need a one-off sample or hundreds of thousands of units annually, we scale with you—on spec, on time, and on budget.

24V / 36V / 48V / 52V packs with 18650 & 21700 cells and multi-protection BMS.

3.6V–14.4V, 2Ah–25Ah packs under 100Wh for drones, bait boats and meters.

12V / 24V drop-in Li-ion and LiFePO4 packs matching lead-acid footprints.

Wide-temperature packs discharging reliably from −40°C to 85°C.

Quality

Built & Tested for OEM Orders

Every pack goes through the same in-house line, from incoming cell to shipping paperwork.

01

Incoming cells are sorted by capacity and internal resistance so only matched cells enter each series string.

02

Cell-to-cell nickel connections are spot- or laser-welded — never hand-soldered — for low resistance and vibration resistance.

03

Finished packs go through aging, BMS protection-function checks, insulation and capacity confirmation before packing.

04

UN 38.3, MSDS and the CE/UL/IEC/KC/UKCA paperwork your market needs are prepared so the pack clears customs by air or sea.
