Can I directly replace a lead-acid battery with one of your lithium packs?

Yes. Our packs are built as drop-in replacements with matching dimensions, terminals and polarity, plus a built-in BMS. In most devices you simply remove the lead-acid battery and connect the lithium pack — no modification to the device is required. For series strings (e.g. 24V, 36V, 48V), replace the full string at the same time and do not mix chemistries.

Do I need to change my charger?

Usually not for LiFePO4 packs: a 12.8V pack charges to roughly 14.4–14.6V and a 25.6V pack to 28.8–29.2V, within the output range of most regulated SLA/AGM chargers and alternators. Unregulated or timed chargers, and chargers with a permanent “equalization” or desulfation mode, should be replaced. Our engineers confirm compatibility from your charger label before sampling.

What 12V and 24V specifications are available?

Standard LiFePO4 lines are 12.8V (4S) and 25.6V (8S); lithium-ion 26650 lines run 11.1V (3S, 12V system) and 25.9V (7S, 24V system). Capacity spans 6Ah to 200Ah typical, and every parameter is customizable.

Can the battery size and shape be customized?

Yes. Housing dimensions (L×W×H), material (ABS plastic or metal), terminals, connectors, wire gauge and mounting points are all customized to match your compartment or replicate an existing lead-acid case exactly.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ is negotiable. We accept prototype and pilot quantities for engineering verification as well as wholesale volume for distributors and recurring OEM orders. Unit pricing, tooling and labeling terms are quoted against your expected annual volume.

How long do sampling and mass production take?

Prototypes are built in 7–12 days after the specification is confirmed, then shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL in 7–9 days door-to-door. Mass production takes 15–35 days depending on configuration and quantity.

What certifications are provided?

Packs can be supplied with CE, UL, IEC 62133, UN 38.3, MSDS, KC and UKCA documentation (RoHS on request), plus air and sea dangerous-goods paperwork for shipping. Certification scope is confirmed per project and destination market.
