Dimensions, capacity, connectors, housing and BMS parameters are fully customized for applications such as light EVs, medical devices, power tools, outdoor monitoring and cold-chain equipment.
Yes. After you share your electrical and mechanical requirements, our engineering team provides a free solution proposal covering cell selection, pack layout, BMS configuration and housing design, along with DFM feedback. No design fee is charged for standard custom projects before you commit to an order.
Functional prototypes take 7–12 working days after specifications and drawings are confirmed. Mass production typically takes 15–35 days depending on order quantity, certification requirements and cell availability. Expedited schedules can be discussed for urgent projects.
We use Grade A cylindrical and prismatic cells from established manufacturers, with every batch sorted and matched by internal resistance, voltage and capacity. Capacity and continuous discharge current are engineered to your duty cycle. We also offer low-temperature packs down to −40°C and 12V–24V LiFePO4 lead-acid replacement packs.
Our packs are manufactured to IEC 62133, CE, UL, UN 38.3, MSDS, KC and UKCA requirements. Test reports, certificates and shipping documents are provided with orders, and the certifications applicable to each specific model are confirmed at the quotation stage.
Yes. Samples and trial orders are shipped door to door by UPS, FedEx or DHL in 7–9 days, while bulk orders can move by sea with export documentation handled by our team. DAP/DDP terms and UN-compliant lithium battery packaging are available on request.
