Flion power’s Custom 3.6V Low Temperature Battery Solution
Battery Solution Design Idea
-40 degrees Celsius in winter requires to use a low temperature battery cell, and now NCM -40℃ to 85℃ cylindrical cell is now a popular option.
To learn the low temperature NCM cell battery performance.
3.6V require NCM cylindrical cell to make 1 series 3.6V=3.6V*1.
Working for 4 months requires 4.8Wh=40mWh*120days. As the low temperature battery can only discharge 56.9% capacity at -40℃, so it requires at least 8.5Wh≈0.48Wh/56.9%. Then the battery capacity require at least 2.36Ah=8.5Wh/3.6V.
Above all, we choose a 3.6V 2.6Ah NCM -40℃ to 85℃ cylindrical cell to make 1S1P 3.6V 2.6Ah.
To learn the specific low temperature cell peformance
